Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using drrent. Breach can result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
You must not
- Post false, misleading or discriminatory content. Listings must not breach the Equality Act 2010 (e.g. "no DSS", "no children" without lawful basis).
- Run a rent bidding war or solicit rent in advance beyond what the Renters' Rights Act permits.
- Misrepresent your identity, income, employment, ownership or qualifications.
- Contact other users outside drrent in order to circumvent paid features (lead unlocks).
- Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or republish Platform data without our written permission.
- Upload malware, attempt to bypass security, or probe other users' accounts.
- Send unsolicited marketing through the messaging system.
- Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
